CUSTOMER PRIVACY: We do not sell or distribute for any reason, our customers names, addresses, or other information to third parties for any purpose.

POLICIES: Any product that is found to be defective from the factory will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, provided Phoenix Sports and Games is notified within 30 days of shipment.

Returns Policy

  • Phoenix Sports and Games does not refund any shipping/handeling charges that were paid.
  • There is a standard 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.
  • All returns must be in new and un-used condition.
  • Returns must be shipped at customer expense via insured UPS.
  • Returns must be received within 30 days of Purchase.

Standard UPS Ground orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days of shipment. During high volume times of year (i.e. X-Mas) shipments will take longer to arrive.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States and in some cases Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page when available. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
